FAQ
Before you order
Q. Does it work with power wheelchairs?+−
No — manual wheelchairs only. Power wheelchairs cannot be used at all; if your manual chair has a power-assist add-on, it must be fully removed before use.
Q. What do I need to install it?+−
A standard outlet, internet (wired or Wi-Fi) and about 200 × 120 cm of floor. Self-install with the video guide, no tools.
Q. Do you ship internationally?+−
Yes. US orders ship from Los Angeles. Other regions ship from Korea or through a local distributor — ask for a landed-cost quote.
Q. Is it only for people with disabilities?+−
No. Anyone can use it, and centers run mixed sessions. Wheely-X Play is popular as an inclusive arcade-style workout.
